By utilizing our services, you (“Customer,” “You”) agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Price Variations

All prices quoted via phone, email, online forms, or any other method are preliminary estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Actual payment amounts are subject to change upon a thorough physical inspection of the vehicle. Factors affecting price include, but are not limited to, the vehicle’s make, model, year, physical condition, missing components, odometer reading, and market scrap metal rates. Malik Junk Car Removal reserves the right to adjust the initial quoted price following the vehicle inspection.

2. Payments

Malik Junk Car Removal offers flexible payment options:

  • Cash Payment: You may receive instant cash payment upon vehicle pickup.
  • eTransfer: Payments can be securely transferred directly to your bank account via Interac eTransfer.

The payment will be finalized and executed immediately upon completion of vehicle inspection, paperwork verification, and successful vehicle pick-up.

3. Vehicle Ownership and Documentation

The Customer affirms complete ownership and legal rights to sell the vehicle. You must provide proof of ownership, including but not limited to:

  • Original vehicle title (if available)
  • Valid identification (Driver’s License or government-issued ID)
  • Proof of ownership documents (bill of sale, registration documents)

If proper documentation is unavailable or incomplete, Malik Junk Car Removal reserves the right to decline the vehicle purchase or adjust the offer accordingly.

4. Vehicle Pickup and Towing

We provide complimentary towing and vehicle pickup services. Scheduling pickup times are flexible and agreed upon mutually by Malik Junk Car Removal and the Customer. While we strive to honor all appointments, we are not liable for delays or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or operational delays.

5. Customer Obligations

The Customer must:

  • Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before pickup.
  • Remove license plates as required by local provincial laws.
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible for towing on the agreed-upon date and time.

Malik Junk Car Removal is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

6. Environmental Responsibility

Our Company adheres strictly to Canadian environmental standards and regulations. We ensure all vehicles are dismantled and recycled responsibly, minimizing environmental impact. Customers agree to transfer all environmental liabilities associated with the vehicle to Malik Junk Car Removal upon transfer of ownership.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule pickup appointments without charge by providing a minimum of 24 hours ‘ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may incur additional service charges at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Malik Junk Car Removal’s liability is strictly limited to the agreed-upon purchase price of the vehicle. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost income, property damage, or other losses incurred during or related to the transaction.

9. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Malik Junk Car Removal, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the Customer’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Modifications to Terms

Malik Junk Car Removal reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will be posted clearly on our website, and customers are encouraged to regularly review these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Canadian law.
